Tangential Flow Filtration,TFF
切向流過濾(Tangential Flow Filtration,TFF)是目前應用非常廣泛的一種膜分離方法。樣品在壓力驅動下,內容物根據分子尺寸不同實現膜過濾分離,達到去除熱原、置換溶液環(huán)境、純化和濃縮等目的。
Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) is a widely used membrane separation method. Driven by pressure, the contents of the sample can be separated by membrane filtration according to different molecular sizes, so as to remove pyrogen, replace solution environment, purify and concentrate.
切向流過濾的膜部件通常是膜包或者中空纖維柱,二者均有多種型號,以滿足不同的使用需求。膜材種類和孔徑大小、溶液循環(huán)流速、膜兩側壓力、樣品溫度、工藝時間等參數,是切向流過濾非常重要的參數,它們決定了最終的工藝效果,以及大規(guī)模生產的可行性及具體方案。實驗室規(guī)模的切向流過濾設備致力于獲得可行的工藝方案和可靠的工藝參數,為大規(guī)模試驗和生產確定適合的工藝參數,提供設備或系統(tǒng)選型的有效依據。
The membrane components of tangential flow filtration are usually membrane package or hollow fiber column, both of which have a variety of models to meet different use needs. Membrane material type and pore size, solution circulation flow rate, pressure on both sides of the membrane, sample temperature, process time and other parameters are very important parameters for tangential flow filtration. They determine the final process effect, as well as the feasibility and specific scheme of large-scale production. The laboratory scale tangential flow filtration equipment is committed to obtaining feasible process schemes and reliable process parameters, determining appropriate process parameters for large-scale test and production, and providing an effective basis for equipment or system selection.

從濾膜的截留孔徑進行分類,可以將過濾分為澄清過濾、微濾、超濾、納濾和反滲透等。將不同孔徑的濾膜采用切向流的操作方式進行過濾,即可稱之為切向流微濾和切向流納濾等。
The filtration can be divided into clarification filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. Tangential flow microfiltration and tangential flow nanofiltration can be referred to as tangential flow microfiltration and tangential flow nanofiltration.

Functions of AITESEN LDS Series Ultrafiltration System
該系統(tǒng)主要應用于樣品的濃縮、提純、透析、置換緩沖液和溶液除熱原等需求領域。過程中可通過無紙記錄儀或液晶面板顯示及記錄樣品的重量、過膜前壓力、回流壓力、透過壓力、跨膜壓TMP等數據。
The system is mainly used in the demand fields of sample concentration, purification, dialysis, replacement buffer and solution pyrogen removal. In the process, the weight, pre membrane pressure, reflux pressure, permeation pressure, transmembrane pressure TMP and other data of the sample can be displayed and recorded through paperless recorder or liquid crystal panel.
