用于制造造紙行業(yè)中濃漂白工段，將化學藥品或蒸汽與漿料充分均勻混合。

Used in the medium-consistency bleaching stage of pulping system for throughly and evenly mixing chemicals of vapor with pulp.

結構、性能特點：

采用三葉片高效轉子，轉子告訴旋轉使?jié){料液態(tài)化，破壞了纖維網(wǎng)絡結構，達到較好的混合效果；

帶螺旋筋的內(nèi)亮結構，避免漿料在殼體內(nèi)滯留，減少了壓力損失；

與漿料解除零件采用不銹鋼材料，使用壽命長；

進出漿口可在水平或垂直方向調(diào)整，安裝、布置方便；

串聯(lián)于中濃泵之后，動力消耗低，于相同混合效率下的其他混合器相比，能耗節(jié)省80％

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION CHARACTERISTICS

1、 High-effective rotor with 3 blades adopted.High speed rotation o rotor makes the pulp at a flowing stage the fiber structure is destroyed and potimal mixture result can ba got;

2、 Inner shell structure with screw bars can prevent pulp from stopping on the shell and minimize pressuere loss;

3、 Direction of rotor rotation is vertical with pulp flow,which can avoid the loss of bleaching agent and save chemicals;

4、 All parts in contact with pulp are stainless steel with long working time;

5、 The inlet and cutlet can be adjusted both in the vertical and horizontal direction.It is easy to install and distribute;

6、 After is connected in series with the mediun consistency pump,the power consunption can be saved by 80% compared with mixers of the same mixing efficiency.
