自行式翻堆機(jī)設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介：

自行式翻堆機(jī)是生產(chǎn)生物有機(jī)肥專用成套設(shè)備中的主機(jī)，該機(jī)采取四輪行走設(shè)計(jì)，可前進(jìn)、倒退、轉(zhuǎn)彎，由一人操控駕駛。行駛中整車騎跨在予先堆置的長(zhǎng)條形肥基上，由機(jī)架下掛裝的旋轉(zhuǎn)刀軸對(duì)肥基原料實(shí)施翻拌、蓬松、移堆，車過(guò)之后篡成新的條形垛堆。該機(jī)即可在開(kāi)闊場(chǎng)地，也可在車間大棚中實(shí)施作業(yè)。該機(jī)一大技術(shù)突破在于整合了物料發(fā)酵后期的破碎功能。隨著物料逐漸脫水，加裝破碎裝置的刀軸可有效地破碎肥料在發(fā)酵過(guò)程中形成的板塊，不僅省去了一臺(tái)粉碎機(jī)，更主要的大大提高了粉碎的效率，降低了成本，從根本上解決了生產(chǎn)量受粉碎機(jī)制約的問(wèn)題。
