概況SUMMARY
熱風循環(huán)烘箱是干燥工程師范炳喜在1978年設計的國內*產品,產品名稱為CT系列熱風循環(huán)烘箱,平均熱效率達30%左右。后經不斷改進提高,于1986年第三次改進設計時,大膽地設計了國內外從未有過的低噪音耐高溫軸流風機,配用了自動控溫系統(tǒng),整個循環(huán)系統(tǒng)全封閉,從而使我國的熱風循環(huán)烘箱達到了國內外*水平。烘箱的平均熱效率從傳統(tǒng)的烘房3-7%提高到目前的35-40%左右,zui高熱效率可達70%。CT-C型熱風循環(huán)烘箱的設計成功,為國家節(jié)約了大量能源,提高了企業(yè)的經濟效益,為我國干燥設備的進步和發(fā)展,做出了一定的貢獻。該烘箱1986年獲科技進步獎,1990年由國家醫(yī)藥管理局發(fā)布了行業(yè)標準,統(tǒng)一型號為RXH。

1、加熱熱源有蒸汽、電、遠紅外、電蒸汽兩用,供用戶選擇
2、使用溫度:蒸汽加熱50-140℃,zui高150℃。
3、用電,遠紅外溫度50-350℃。
4、備有自控系統(tǒng)和計算機控制系統(tǒng)供用戶選擇。
5、常用蒸汽壓力0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm2)
6、配用電加熱,按1型計算15kw,實用5-8kw/h。
7、特殊要求在定貨時說明。
8、 非標烘箱價格面議。
9、 使用溫度大于140℃或小于60℃,要在訂貨時注明。
10、烘車、烘盤尺寸統(tǒng)一,可以互換。
