產(chǎn)品介紹(Introduction)：
該機組適用于制藥、食品、化工、化妝品等行業(yè)。具有風(fēng)冷，無篩網(wǎng)等多種性能，特別適用于粉碎中草藥、含纖維狀和含一定油脂的物料。
該機由粉碎主機、旋風(fēng)分離器、脈沖除塵箱等部分組成。物料由加料斗進入粉碎室，通過高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的錘片進行粉碎，粉碎細度可調(diào)節(jié)分級刀與分級盤的距離來達到所需要的細度，粉碎好的物料經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)離心力和引風(fēng)機的作用進入旋風(fēng)分離器，然后通過關(guān)風(fēng)機出料，粉塵進入脈沖除塵箱，經(jīng)過過濾筒過濾后回收利用。該機按“GMP”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計，整機全部用不銹鋼材料制造，粉碎過程中無粉塵飛揚。
This machine can be applied in trades, such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemistry, cosmetic etc. with features of air-coolingscreen free, it is especially suitable for crushingherbs,  stuff with some fabricgrease. This machine is made up by crusher, cyclone separator, pulse dust-collecting box etc. the stuff comes into the chamber through the hopper,is crushed by hammers rotating at high speed. besides, the required fineness can be reached by adjusting the distance between the stepping tipsstepping plate. The crushed stuff comes into the cyclone separator under the power of centrifugal forceinduced draft fan,then is discharged from turn-off draft fan, the dust goes into the pulse dust-collecting box, which can be recollected through the cartridge filters.Designed according to the standard of “GMP”, the whole machine is made of Stainless steel. There is no dust fly during it runs.
