  MY型結(jié)晶、過濾、洗滌、干燥器廣泛應(yīng)用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)的懸濁液、結(jié)晶液的固液分離-洗滌-干燥。四個工藝過程在同一設(shè)備內(nèi)連續(xù)完成。
  This machine will be wildly applied to solid-liquid separation,washing and drying for suspended substance solution and crystalling solution in medichine,chemical,food industry.Four steps（crystalling;filtration;washing and drying）will be finished in same equipment.

Working Principle
  MY型結(jié)晶、過濾、洗滌、干燥器的工作原理是在懸浮液進料，通過抽濾或壓濾使母液通過過濾介質(zhì)達到固液分離的目的，通過CIP裝置噴灑洗液實現(xiàn)濾的泡洗或淤漿洗滌，再次分離母液后，用攪拌槳逐層刮起濾餅，通過設(shè)備的側(cè)壁、底盤上的濾板和攪拌槳對物料加熱，并在升降攪拌下實現(xiàn)動態(tài)常壓或真空干燥，zui后由自動出料閥自動將干燥物排出。
 
  We add the suspended substance solution in this machine and make mother liquid go through the filtering media to separate the sold and liquid by attract filtering or press filtering.CIPwill spray washing solution to wash the separated solid or sludgy.After mother liquid separation again,the stirrer will rotate to make filtering cake loose.Hear the material through inner wall;filtering palate;and stiring oar.Dry the material under centain pressure or by vacuum drying.Finally the automatic valve will discharge the material out after drying.
