產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)原理
  LGZ型離心機(jī)是依照制藥裝備GMP規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)制造的新機(jī)型。電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)，在進(jìn)料轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，物料由進(jìn)料管引入轉(zhuǎn)鼓。進(jìn)料達(dá)到預(yù)定容積后停止進(jìn)料，升至高速分離，此時(shí)可進(jìn)行洗滌。進(jìn)料和高速 分離過(guò)程中，在離心力作用下，液相物穿過(guò)濾布和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁濾孔排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)排液管排出機(jī)外，固相物截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，分離完畢轉(zhuǎn)速至卸料轉(zhuǎn)速狀態(tài)，刮刀自動(dòng)升降、旋轉(zhuǎn)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將固相物從轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁刮下，從離心機(jī)下部排出。 Structures and Principles 
LGZ Series are a new type,designed and manufactured according to GMPpharmacy equipment standard.The motor drives the basket.In the state of feeding speed,material is fed into the basket through a feed pipe.The feeding si stopped after the fed material raches the expected amount,and then the high speed is needed for separation.In the high-speed separation,wsahing can be performed.In the process of feeding and high-speed separation,under the centrifugal force,the liquid phase is discharged out of the basket through the filter cloth and the holes of the basket wall,and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid,with the solid phase left in the basket.After the separation the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed,the scraper being up and down,rotating and reciprocating,automatically.Thus the solid phase is scraped off the basket walls,and then discharged from the bottom of the centrifuge.

 Characteristics and Uses 
LGZ Series are a kind of vertical auto peel bottom discharge filtering centrifuge,equipped with compley openable hermetic cover,plate base and frequendcy conversion speed-adjustment.Their working puocedures such as feeding,separating,washing,dewatering and discharging can be controlled nearby or in the distance and automatically.They have the advantages of novel appearance,simple structurs,comp;ey hermetic explosion-proof,ideal separation effect,staboe performance,measuring up to GMP Standard.The seies can be used for separating the suspension with particle size more than 0.05mm and not suitable for people to touch.Sothey are applied for such industries as food,pharmacy,health food and national defense.
