可單機(jī)使用，也可多機(jī)串聯(lián)使用，該機(jī)還可根據(jù)不同萃取體系及使用條件通過(guò)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速，攪拌漿及重相堰直徑等參數(shù)來(lái)改善萃取時(shí)兩相混合程度及分離效果和萃取效率。

2、用途
   該型式的離心萃取機(jī)廣泛用于不含固體或含少量固體體系的液/液萃取領(lǐng)域。如稀有元素的提取，濕法冶金、生物化工、醫(yī)藥、食品色素等工業(yè)溶劑萃取，在環(huán)保治理方面用于含酚污水處理也獲得成功并得到推廣應(yīng)用。

The usage The machine is used normally in extractions of liquid/liquid system without solid or with a little of solid,such as the extrac-tions of rare elements,biochimical industry,pharmaceutical industry,and food industry.In the environmintal protection,it has been also used in the treatment of sewage with thenol successfully and now it is coming into wider and wider use.

該機(jī)不同于其他記性的顯著特點(diǎn)是*采用了彈性懸掛支撐結(jié)構(gòu)。

２.工作原理
   該機(jī)工作包括兩個(gè)過(guò)程即混合傳質(zhì)與兩相分離過(guò)程，而這兩個(gè)過(guò)程都是在同一機(jī)內(nèi)完成的。
混合傳質(zhì)過(guò)程
   輕重兩相溶液按一定比例分別進(jìn)入夏布混合室，從傳鼓中心入口處由輪式攪拌漿和分散漿湖和分散，此時(shí)兩相液體得到了充分混合，使溶質(zhì)由一相液體中傳遞到另一相液體中，從而完成了混合傳質(zhì)過(guò)程。
分離過(guò)程
  混合液在下轉(zhuǎn)鼓中由筋板帶動(dòng)很快與轉(zhuǎn)鼓相同步回轉(zhuǎn)，經(jīng)環(huán)行擋流板借助上轉(zhuǎn)鼓的離心吸力進(jìn)入上轉(zhuǎn)鼓。在轉(zhuǎn)鼓中由輻板繼續(xù)帶動(dòng)混合液同步回轉(zhuǎn)，在離心力場(chǎng)下，兩相互分離，比重大的重相液體在向上流動(dòng)過(guò)程中逐步原離轉(zhuǎn)鼓中心而靠向鼓壁，比重小的輕相液體逐步遠(yuǎn)離鼓壁靠向中心。zui終兩相液體分別通過(guò)各自堰板進(jìn)入收集室由引管接出機(jī)外，完成兩相分離過(guò)程。
The working principle:
Its working principle contains two proceedings of the mixing and separating two mixture.THE two proceedings are completed in the same machine. Driven by the plate,the two liqid mixtures in the lower rower rotating-drum will rotate synchronously as the lower rotating-drum rotaes.then get into the upper rotating-drum from the annualr fender through the centrifugal force of the upper rotating-drum.The two mixtures in the drum continue to rotate,drive by the plate. The two phrases will be separated owing to the field of the centrifugal force.The liquid for bigger specific gravity gets away from the drum center and close to the drum wall when it moves up ,while another liqued for smaller specific gravity gets away from the drum wall and close to the drum center.In the end,the teo liquids come their own collecting-rooms respectively,and get out of the machine through a lead tube.The separation of the two mixtures is comlete.
