1、 基本放料形式:操作方便,占地空間小。

2、 放料控制系統(tǒng):采用磁粉式剎車配合張力控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)張力控制,節(jié)約人工。
unwind control system: adopt magnetic powder brake and tension controller to realize automatic tension control and save labor.
3、 主機(jī)傳動(dòng)部分:采用AC變頻專用馬達(dá)搭配變頻器作為壓延動(dòng)力傳動(dòng),各輥速度獨(dú)立控制,能適應(yīng)不同厚度產(chǎn)品有效生產(chǎn),并確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

4、 輥筒冷卻裝置:采用旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭通入冷卻水,使輥筒保持工作溫度,確保輥筒壽命和機(jī)器精度。
Roller cooling device: the rotary joint is used to enter the cooling water, so that the roller can keep the working temperatureand ensure the life of the roller and the accuracy of the machine.
5、 控制系統(tǒng):全數(shù)字化的控制系統(tǒng),張力、間隙、速度、數(shù)量等調(diào)節(jié)性數(shù)據(jù),全部數(shù)字顯示,方便標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建立及對(duì)操作人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)依賴。
