防爆壓力開(kāi)關(guān)的工作原理
防爆壓力開(kāi)關(guān)是通過(guò)堅(jiān)固的密封殼體將接線觸點(diǎn)密閉在堅(jiān)固空間中達(dá)到隔爆的效果。防爆壓力開(kāi)關(guān)工作原理為純機(jī)械形變導(dǎo)致微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作。當(dāng)壓力增加時(shí),作用在不同的傳感壓力元器件(膜片、波紋管、活塞)產(chǎn)生形變,將向上移動(dòng),通過(guò)欄桿彈簧等機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),zui終啟動(dòng)zui上端的微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān),使電信號(hào)輸出,設(shè)定方式從功能原理上又分成連續(xù)位移型和力平衡型。防爆壓力開(kāi)關(guān)按原理可分為機(jī)械防爆壓力開(kāi)關(guān)和電子防爆壓力開(kāi)關(guān),機(jī)械式中又分為普通的和密封型。
