一、概述：

銅線退火設(shè)備用于銅線（黃銅合金外護層）在線退火用串聯(lián)逆變中頻感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備，帶能量監(jiān)控裝置，透入深度及硬度按客戶具體要求，以達到去除應(yīng)力和軟化黃銅合金外護層的目的。

設(shè)備簡介：成套設(shè)備按機電一體化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計制造，其中串聯(lián)逆變中頻電源為6脈或者12脈波晶閘管KGPS200KW/8KHZ串聯(lián)逆變中頻電源（功率因數(shù)0.96以上）一套，負載為HR系列感應(yīng)加熱爐一套，該設(shè)備設(shè)計有手動及自動調(diào)功旋鈕，其中自動為溫度閉環(huán)控制方式。外控操作臺選用計算機xp系統(tǒng)觸摸屏控制，在觸摸屏上可方便輸入加熱參數(shù)，如銅線規(guī)格、加熱速度、退火溫度等，參數(shù)輸入后中頻電源溫度閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)會自動調(diào)整輸出功率，從而滿足生產(chǎn)需求。當生產(chǎn)某個環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)故障時，中頻電源可根據(jù)計算機設(shè)定的溫度進行保溫，避免將銅線過燒。設(shè)備按用戶要求擺放，面對設(shè)備從左向右操作，操作臺正向主設(shè)備放置，利于操作人員觀察生產(chǎn)情況及方便調(diào)整參數(shù)。

該設(shè)備具有完善的安全保護措施，主回路短路保護主回，路缺相保護，主回路過電流保護，低電壓高保護，電網(wǎng)電壓低保護，冷卻水溫高保護，冷卻水壓低保護，可控硅過電壓保護，可控硅過電流保護，并對故障有聲光報警裝置。設(shè)備按200KW配置，留有足夠的功率余量，保證設(shè)備24小時連續(xù)穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)。所有裸露導(dǎo)電體均安裝于帶鎖電控箱內(nèi)，并有醒目安全提示標志，不會發(fā)生電氣安全事故。各連鎖裝置可避免因人工誤操作對設(shè)備或銅線造成損壞。
