一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)Product features

1、廣泛應(yīng)用于水產(chǎn)飼料、特種飼料、寵物食品等油脂添加工段；

Widely used in aquatic feed, special feed, pet food and other oil addition sections;

2、將大量的油脂設(shè)計(jì)在真空噴涂機(jī)中添加，可以減少膨化前物料中的脂肪含量，有利于提高膨脹系數(shù)和膨化機(jī)的產(chǎn)能，提升了生產(chǎn)效率；

The design of adding a large amount of grease to the vacuum spraying machine can reduce the fat content in the material before extrusion, which is conducive to improving the expansion coefficient and the capacity of the extruder, and improve the production efficiency;

3、單批次混合時(shí)間4-7分鐘，液體添加比例范圍5%-38%，連續(xù)可調(diào)，可滿足油脂大噴涂量，也可以噴涂較黏稠的液體；

5、噴涂機(jī)上蓋外圍的圓周方向上，設(shè)計(jì)均勻分布多組噴嘴，多點(diǎn)向物料噴涂油脂，噴涂均勻度高；

6、系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)液體添加量的無(wú)級(jí)控制，同時(shí)采用多組噴嘴進(jìn)行組合，保證霧化和噴涂效果均勻，添加量1%時(shí)，也不會(huì)產(chǎn)生花料；
