定點(diǎn)定位機(jī)構(gòu)使用往復(fù)式氣缸推動(dòng)托瓶機(jī)構(gòu)，瓶身三點(diǎn)定位轉(zhuǎn)瓶方式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)360度任意位置精確定位貼標(biāo)功能;

Basic use:

It is applied to the automatic labeling of irregular bottle type products with positioning characteristics applied to different sizes of products in food, wine, cosmetics and other industries.

The splitting mechanism adopts large silicone wheel and cylinder splitting bottle, which can set the spacing of the bottles arbitrarily, stable and precise;

The fixed-point positioning mechanism uses a reciprocating cylinder to push the bottle-holding mechanism, and the three-point positioning and bottle-turning method of the bottle body can realize the accurate positioning and labeling function at any position of 360 degrees;

The automatic loading and unloading fixed point positioning labeling machine selects the special positioning detection sensor to accurately find the positioning characteristics of the bottle body, which can be used for single label positioning labeling, and can also realize double label positioning and equidistant labeling;

High-precision servo positioning system can be selected, which is especially suitable for the accurate labeling requirements of red wine bottles in the logistics industry.
