3.工作原理.png

主機(jī)開動(dòng)至一定轉(zhuǎn)速(中速)后，物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管、加料管，進(jìn)入離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，并在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，液體經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔甩出轉(zhuǎn)鼓外。截留在篩網(wǎng)上的濾餅，待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到設(shè)定量后，停止加料，關(guān)閉進(jìn)料閥，在洗滌和高速甩干后，將主機(jī)在低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下由刮刀將濾餅刮下，濾餅則由出料斗將濾餅卸出。

根據(jù)用戶工藝要求及物料特性的不同，每道工序(進(jìn)料、脫液、刮料等)所需時(shí)間，均可在開車前通過編程器做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整，本機(jī)自動(dòng)化操作可近距離操作，也可遠(yuǎn)程控制。本機(jī)可進(jìn)行人工操作，人工操作各工序的進(jìn)行。則受操作者控制。

上懸式全自動(dòng)離心機(jī)在離心力場(chǎng)作用下，分離、洗滌效果好，對(duì)物料的適應(yīng)性，適用于分離含固相顆?！?.05毫米的懸浮液，采用液壓窄刮刀、低速封閉式卸料、卸餅性能好、晶粒不易破碎，適用于熱敏感性強(qiáng)的物料的分離。

廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、醫(yī)藥、食品輕工等領(lǐng)域。

It is applicable to the separation of suspension with solid phase particles 0.05mm.
