3.工作原理.png

待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，物料通過(guò)濾布（濾網(wǎng)）過(guò)濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。

待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時(shí)，停止進(jìn)料，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫液達(dá)到要求后，停機(jī)，濾餅由人工卸出。進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)。
