塔式脫氧水制備系統(tǒng)是在基礎(chǔ)上加以消化吸收而開發(fā)的一種產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品脫氧性能精度高、穩(wěn)定性好、可靠性強(qiáng),設(shè)備廣泛應(yīng)用于各種需要高純度脫氧水的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。
塔高約6米,直接將釀造水進(jìn)去脫氧塔進(jìn)行脫氧,采用二氧化碳置換,在完成脫氧的同事脫氧水也達(dá)到了部分碳酸化目的。
脫氧水在經(jīng)過薄板冷卻后與清酒混合達(dá)到客戶需要的成品酒。薄板冷卻溫度采用自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),為了讓西施水中二氧化碳含量達(dá)到稀釋水的工藝指標(biāo),系統(tǒng)配備了二氧化碳飽沖器。確保二氧化碳在水中的穩(wěn)定性,清酒和脫氧水混合通過模塊控制脫氧水流量,確保混合精度。系統(tǒng)通過微機(jī)自動(dòng)完成。

工藝流程:
無菌水通過自動(dòng)流量閥進(jìn)入板式換熱器,在進(jìn)入脫氣塔之前,無菌水經(jīng)過板式換熱器的熱回收預(yù)加熱至72度,用戶所要求的進(jìn)入無菌水的流量在進(jìn)去板式換熱器前通過控制柜并且自動(dòng)控制,水在脫氣塔的頂部進(jìn)行分流,按照與置換氣體逆向流動(dòng)的要求從上往下流,置換氣體從氣塔底部通過泵送至板式換熱器的冷卻并達(dá)到所
要求的溫度,為了保證泵不至于吸空,在脫氣塔的底部設(shè)有液位控制以保持脫氣塔底部具有一定的液位
最終的脫氧水的碳酸化是通過二氧化碳噴射進(jìn)冷卻段脫氧水進(jìn)口實(shí)現(xiàn)的,最終的成品脫氧水通過換向閥被泵送到脫氧水儲(chǔ)罐。
