雙管板換熱器有兩種，直管式雙管板換熱器(ZZA型)和U型雙管板換熱器 (ZZB型)，管束端口采用全自動(dòng)焊接，外殼體可根據(jù)客戶的要求帶保溫或不帶保 溫。直管式雙管板換熱器采用異徑快裝接口，有效避免了換熱器與管道連接處的 藥液滯留，實(shí)現(xiàn)了真正的全排空設(shè)計(jì)。U型雙管板換熱器采用U型換熱器，物料從 底殼點(diǎn)出液，避免液體滯留。

工作方式

管程物料通過電拋光處理的無縫鋼管束內(nèi)進(jìn)行流動(dòng)，殼程介質(zhì)在相反的方向通過 管外流動(dòng)，換熱管束的末端采用雙管板連接，并且作為滲漏檢測點(diǎn)，避免管程物 料和殼程介質(zhì)雙向交叉污染，確保了藥液的潔凈。

In generally have two Types.Fixed tube heat exchanger and "U" Pipe heat exchanger.Fixed tueb heat exchanger adopt the different diameter fast loading interface.Effectively avoid Liquid stop at the cinnecting of heat exchange and pipeline,it can achieve the Whole emptying preset.And the "U" Pipe heat exchanger use the U type heat exchanger tube.produce the liquid from the rock bottom of the bottom box.Avoid
