1、螺桿泵進(jìn)出口腔采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)，保證停泵時(shí)泵內(nèi)能存有足夠介質(zhì)，即使在吸放管道內(nèi)的液體全部排空的情況下，泵仍然具有很好的自吸能力。
2、螺桿泵能無(wú)脈動(dòng)的連續(xù)供液且無(wú)攪拌、乳化現(xiàn)象。
3、2G雙螺桿泵安裝形式有臥式、立式和支架式。
4、泵體上采用特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的安全閥，當(dāng)出口壓力高于工作壓力時(shí)，安全閥打開，一部分介質(zhì)經(jīng)安全閥返回泵入口或儲(chǔ)罐，同時(shí)還可以全壓狀態(tài)下啟動(dòng)雙螺桿泵，大大降低啟動(dòng)扭矩。
