一、 概述
目前，行業(yè)中所使用的烘箱一般是以軸流風(fēng)機(jī)來強(qiáng)制烘箱內(nèi)的空氣對流風(fēng)機(jī)來強(qiáng)制烘箱內(nèi)的空氣對流，烘箱內(nèi)的空氣是從烘箱的一端流上另一端，形成一個(gè)單對流循環(huán)，因熱空氣通過物料后到達(dá)烘箱另一端時(shí)溫度明顯下降，使實(shí)際操作時(shí)烘箱內(nèi)的溫差較大，直接影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的均勻性。
簽于上述存在的問題，我們研制了高效雙對流節(jié)能烘箱，這種烘箱結(jié)構(gòu)更合理，內(nèi)部空氣流動(dòng)形式為雙對流形式，改變了傳統(tǒng)烘箱內(nèi)部空氣的循環(huán)方式，降低了烘箱內(nèi)溫差，提高了干燥對象的受熱均勻性，從而提高干燥效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
二、 設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：
1、 空氣在烘箱內(nèi)形成*的雙對流循環(huán)形式，降低了烘箱內(nèi)溫差。
2、 提高了干燥對象受熱的均勻性，從而提高干燥效率和干燥產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
3、 采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)干燥方式，節(jié)能高效。
三、 適用范圍
可廣泛用于制藥、化工、食品加工、飼料等行業(yè)、對顆粒狀、結(jié)晶體、粉狀、小塊狀等物料進(jìn)行干燥（適用范圍與傳統(tǒng)烘箱*）。

一、Generation Information
At present，the oven we used adopts axial-flow blowerto force the cross-ventilation in the oven。The air in the oven is flow from one end to the other end，which forms a single convective circulation。Since the temperature droops down after flow to the other part，the temperature difference is very big。Therefore，it makes the quality poor or not evenly enough。
For overcoming the problems above，we develop the high-effective double cross venti8lation energy-saving oven。The air in the oven is double convective circulation，so it lowers the temperature differenceimproves the materials heating evenly。
二、Characteristics
1、 The double convective circulation lowers down the temperature difference。
2、 Improve the heating eveness of drying materials，which increase the effectivethe products quality。
3、 The hot-air cycle drying will save the energy。
三、Application
It is widely used for drying particles，crystals，powder，caking materials in pharmacy，chemistry，foodfeeding industry。
