門尼粘度計簡介：
本機(jī)符合GB/T 1232《未硫化橡膠門尼粘度的測定》、GB/T1233《橡膠膠料初期硫化特性的測定 門尼粘度法》及ISO289、ISO667等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，用于測定生膠或混煉膠的粘度、焦燒及硫化指數(shù)等。微機(jī)控制，數(shù)據(jù)顯示，自動校準(zhǔn)，是橡膠工業(yè)及科研單位理想的實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器。采用進(jìn)口智能數(shù)字式溫控儀表，調(diào)整設(shè)定簡便，控溫范圍寬。微機(jī)采用進(jìn)口芯片，可靠性高，全部數(shù)據(jù)可自動繪圖計算、打印。

系統(tǒng)登錄
1、軟件登錄
軟件初始安裝正確后，點(diǎn)擊桌面快捷圖標(biāo) ，出現(xiàn)橡膠測試軟件登錄界面。用戶名輸入“admin”，密碼為空，點(diǎn)擊“確定”進(jìn)入主畫面。

初次使用設(shè)置
2.1設(shè)置單位信息
點(diǎn)擊“系統(tǒng)設(shè)置”，再點(diǎn)擊“單位信息”，在“使用單位名稱設(shè)置界面”的單位名稱里填入使用單位名稱，并點(diǎn)擊“保存”，這樣以后所有報表將自動打印單位名稱。
2.2用戶賬戶設(shè)置
點(diǎn)擊“系統(tǒng)設(shè)置”，再點(diǎn)擊“用戶賬戶”，出現(xiàn)“用戶賬戶管理界面”，可以新建用戶賬戶，設(shè)置后各用戶只能看到和操作自己賬戶下的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，雙擊修改，修改完后需要點(diǎn)擊“保存”才有效；可以刪除用戶賬戶，先選中再刪除；
2.3串口設(shè)置
點(diǎn)擊“系統(tǒng)設(shè)置”，再點(diǎn)擊“串口設(shè)置”，出現(xiàn)“串口設(shè)置界面”，在計算機(jī)的“設(shè)備管理器”中找到與設(shè)備相應(yīng)的口址（例如COM1即填寫1）設(shè)置完成后，按“保存”有效。

門尼實(shí)驗(yàn)資料設(shè)定
3.1品管設(shè)定
 “導(dǎo)入品管”用于設(shè)定每種膠料需要的基本資料,點(diǎn)擊“導(dǎo)入品管”，進(jìn)入品質(zhì)管理參數(shù)界面，勾選需要的品管編號，點(diǎn)擊“導(dǎo)入”，可直接設(shè)定或調(diào)用已設(shè)定的資料，如需新建項目，點(diǎn)擊“新建”，然后盡可能詳細(xì)填上相應(yīng)資料，全部內(nèi)容輸入完成后，點(diǎn)擊“保存”，否則輸入無效。
3.2名稱、編號等參數(shù)設(shè)定
“導(dǎo)入?yún)?shù)”用于橡膠廠家試驗(yàn)參數(shù)的設(shè)定，點(diǎn)擊“導(dǎo)入?yún)?shù)”，進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)參數(shù)管理界面，勾選需要的資料，點(diǎn)擊“導(dǎo)入”，可直接設(shè)定或調(diào)用已設(shè)定的資料，如需新建項目，點(diǎn)擊“新建”，然后盡可能詳細(xì)填上相應(yīng)資料，全部內(nèi)容輸入完成后，點(diǎn)擊“保存”，否則輸入無效。
3.3打印和導(dǎo)出
打?。河糜诖蛴‘?dāng)前顯示的門尼試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)資料；數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出：將當(dāng)前試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出到目錄、文件名的EXCEL中。

4.1打開門尼歷史數(shù)據(jù)， 門尼多曲線歷史數(shù)據(jù)幕右上側(cè)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)中顯示的數(shù)據(jù)是這幾次試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的平均值。
4.2打印和導(dǎo)出
打?。河糜诖蛴‘?dāng)前顯示的門尼單曲線或多曲線歷史數(shù)據(jù)資料；
數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出：將單曲線或多曲線歷史導(dǎo)出到目錄、文件名的EXCEL中。
