傳斯羅伊偶合器Transfluid CCKRG系列介紹
Transfluid KFBD系列恒定液力偶合器適用于由內(nèi)燃機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的所有工業(yè)設(shè)備，功率可達(dá)500 kW。
通過流體傳遞動(dòng)力，它們提高了整體性能，保護(hù)了驅(qū)動(dòng)和從動(dòng)機(jī)器。
恒充式液力偶合器的
1–重啟動(dòng)時(shí)釋放發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。
在重載啟動(dòng)和突然運(yùn)行負(fù)載增加時(shí)，可防止發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)拖滯。
液力偶合器在平穩(wěn)地拾取負(fù)載時(shí)只是“打滑"。
2–提供平穩(wěn)駕駛
取消了機(jī)械連接；動(dòng)力和扭矩通過流體的質(zhì)量和速度傳遞。
其結(jié)果是平穩(wěn)、持續(xù)的能量流動(dòng)，減去了機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)導(dǎo)致設(shè)備壽命縮短的沖擊和應(yīng)變。
3–防止沖擊載荷的傳遞
液力偶合器通過平滑沖擊載荷和防止沖擊固體阻力來(lái)保護(hù)驅(qū)動(dòng)和從動(dòng)設(shè)備。
4–確保阻尼效果
來(lái)自發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)被液力偶合器大大減弱，從而延長(zhǎng)了整個(gè)變速器的壽命。
5–傳輸全輸入扭矩
Transfluid Circuit設(shè)計(jì)輸出扭矩始終等于輸入扭矩。
即使在失速時(shí)，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)也能以其最大扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
6–高徑向負(fù)載能力
KFBD液壓聯(lián)軸器系列還設(shè)計(jì)用于需要皮帶輪安裝的應(yīng)用，特別是重型應(yīng)用。
