主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

本機(jī)為雙收料軸之中心表面卷取、復(fù)卷；采用PLC控制系統(tǒng)，威綸10" 觸摸式熒屏， 四套日本安川伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器和安川伺服專用電機(jī)控制收放卷分切，收、放卷自動(dòng)張力控制、到米自動(dòng)減速停機(jī)、放卷到小卷徑自動(dòng)減速停機(jī)、緊急停機(jī)時(shí)放卷不松料。雙收料軸分別由獨(dú)立伺服馬達(dá)帶自動(dòng)張力控制,可同時(shí)收卷大小不同直徑；收料系統(tǒng)采用伺服系統(tǒng)控制,有高效率,高精度,低噪音等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；主動(dòng)力采用安川變頻器配合中國臺(tái)灣變頻馬達(dá)，由PLC系統(tǒng)控制；收卷可依卷徑和米數(shù)設(shè)定,到設(shè)定卷徑或米數(shù)時(shí)自動(dòng)提前減速停機(jī)功能。兩條包膠主動(dòng)軸是由獨(dú)立的動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)，配合收卷伺服馬達(dá)同步控制，當(dāng)包膠中分軸外徑磨損時(shí)，只需上磨床磨掉磨損表面，直到包膠中分軸的包膠*磨損。也無需改變?nèi)魏螀?shù)。分切采用圓刀及剃刀搭配，可針對不同厚度材料選擇不同刀具，分切寬度由鋁墊片任意調(diào)節(jié)，剃刀配合1mm間距的刀槽輥。該系統(tǒng)采用高可靠性電器元件、線路簡單便于維護(hù)、自動(dòng)化程度高，操作簡便。上料方式（可選擇）1.收卷軸旋轉(zhuǎn)方式   2.有軸油壓自動(dòng)方式   3. 無軸油壓自動(dòng)頂錐夾緊方式

Performance and Features
