一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹  Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

需整粒的顆粒流入到整粒室，結(jié)團(tuán)或不均勻的顆粒在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)整粒刀（轉(zhuǎn)子）作用下， 被撞擊、剪切，然后經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)網(wǎng)孔排出均勻的顆粒，整粒后的顆粒與細(xì)粉經(jīng)篩分機(jī)將合格的顆粒與不合格的細(xì)粉進(jìn)行分離從而獲取所需粒子 。廣泛適用于在制藥、化工、食品工業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用。

    The granules to be pelletized will flow in the straightening chamber; the caking or uneven granules will be impacted and sheared by the high-speed rotating granulating knife (rotor), and the even granules will be discharged from the mesh of screen; the qualified pelletized granules and unqualified fine powders will be separated in thescreening machine, thus to obtain the required granules. It is widely applied in the pharmacy, chemical and food industries.

二、特點(diǎn)  Characteristics

1.整機(jī)封閉，全用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹制造，符合藥品、食品生產(chǎn)規(guī)范要求。

2.篩網(wǎng)采用金屬絲網(wǎng)或不銹鋼板網(wǎng)，孔徑大小可變。通過(guò)調(diào)換不同孔徑大小來(lái)滿足不同粒子的需求。

2. The screen is wire mesh or stainless steel sheet screen with variable pore size. Different granule requirements may be met through adjusting different pore sizes.
