無刷三相同步發(fā)電機(jī)引進(jìn)、消化、吸收國際九十年代發(fā)電機(jī)*技術(shù)而自行設(shè)計(jì)研制的新型發(fā)電機(jī)。技術(shù)性能和安裝尺寸符合國際IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和中華人民共和國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T15548-95《往復(fù)式內(nèi)燃機(jī)驅(qū)動的三相同步發(fā)電機(jī)通用技術(shù)條件》。產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)良，質(zhì)量可靠，造型美觀精致，產(chǎn)品性能達(dá)到當(dāng)代國際水平。
Brushless 3-phase synchronous generator is the new generator designed independently and produced by our company by introducing the advanced technologies of the famous generator sets in 1990s in the world. The technical performance and installation size of generator comply with the IEC standard and the GB/T15548-95(General Specification for Three-phase Synchronous Generators Driven by Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine). Such product has good performance, reliable quality and attractive appearance, and its product performance achieves the contemporarily international level quality.

的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
Excellent structural design

整體式凸極轉(zhuǎn)子，磁極繞組直接繞制在極身上，鐵心通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)，散熱效果好，繞組溫升裕度大。轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)有全阻尼繞組，并聯(lián)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，圓筒形鋼板機(jī)座，外觀精致。整體體積小、重量輕、造型新穎，AVR自動調(diào)壓精度高，整體固封三防及抗振性能好。整體結(jié)構(gòu)有單機(jī)式（帶勵磁箱）和小成套式（帶控制箱），傳動端端蓋有二種結(jié)構(gòu)：一種是端蓋帶凸絕止口，另一種是端蓋與聯(lián)接座鑄成一體，便于直接安裝機(jī)組。
The series products adopt the one-piece salient-pole rotor, where the pole winding is directly designed on the body of pole, and the particular iron core ventilation design guarantees a good heat dissipation and large temperature rise allowance; the rotor is designed the full amortisseur winding, which can run steadily in parallel; the cylindrical steel plate base has excellent appearance. The whole piece is of small volume, light mass, novel style, high automatic AVR voltage regulation, good three-proofing effect and shock resistance. The whole unit has two styles, namely single unit type (with the excitation cabinet) and small complete set type (with the control cabinet). Additionally its end cap of the transmission end has two kinds of structures, namely the one with the flange edge, and the other one with the integrated connection between end cover and connecting base. Both structures are beneficial for installing separator set directly.
