螺桿式冷水機(jī)（冰水機(jī)）
特性及功能
■ 水冷式冷水機(jī)機(jī)采用臥式殼管式冷凝器和干式殼管式蒸發(fā)器，其具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔、換熱穩(wěn)定、效率持久、維護(hù)方便的特點(diǎn)。
■ 機(jī)組控制采用進(jìn)口PLC程式控制，人機(jī)界面配置大屏幕觸摸屏，介面簡便大方，操作直觀簡便。
■ 機(jī)組具有可靠的安全保護(hù)裝置，包括：高低壓保護(hù)開關(guān)、排氣過熱保護(hù)開關(guān)、壓縮機(jī)電機(jī)過熱保護(hù)器、防凍溫度保護(hù)開關(guān)、水流保護(hù)開關(guān)、緊急停止開關(guān)、感溫式易熔栓、安全閥等。
Feature
■ The water-cooled Chiller consists of a recumbent shill-tube condenser and afin-tube shell evaporaror,With the advantages of concise,stable heat exchnge, endurable efficiency and easy maintenance,the water-cooled chiller is well known as an ideal unit for central air conditioning system.
■ Imported programmable Logic panel(PLC)is used for the unit control system, The Human Machine lntetface configures a lsrge touch screen,which enables easy and visual operation.
■ The unit control system adopts a reliable safety protection equipment,e,g, high/low voltage protecor,discharge overheat protector,compressor motor overheat protector, over-current protector,water flow protector,emergency switch,thermal sensitive fusible plug, safety valve,etc.
風(fēng)冷式冷凝器為翅片式，采用雙曲面波紋清水鋁箔，由專業(yè)的換熱器加工設(shè)備制造，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，重量輕，換熱效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并配置低轉(zhuǎn)速的大葉軸流風(fēng)機(jī)，可以有效降低運(yùn)行噪音，減少周圍環(huán)境的影響。
